This is my second painting from the reference pic of this bunny. My first one was experimental, shortly after the workshop with Casey Klahn, and I had liked it so much 'unfinished' that I decided not to take it any further, and instead I painted a new one from the same shot. I still see influences from the Klahn workshop in this one, and indeed, in much of my recent work. Thanks Casey!

Big Chicken

Here's a big chicken which has given me a short break from the cuddly cute, sugary sweet bunnies. She's so big I couldn't fit her on a 6x6. She's on a mission and I'm not gonna get in her way.

Bea is another view of Babette. I love Babette's pose, but Bea, though more of a calm, static pose, was a painting that flowed without any troubling issues throughout the entire process. I love it when that happens.
