Day 8 in my 30-Paintings-in-30-Days of November. Saturday morning's demo in my Springfield workshop. I always try to work in at least one landscape and I've done this scene a few times (most recently "Ranch Road #21".) I like the simplicity of the compositional elements that allows for stretching and pulling into a great variety of dimensions. This time I went for tall and skinny!
